How It Works

From First Message
to Card in Hand

Six clear steps, two payments, no surprises. Below, every step is illustrated with the same worked example: a card with a source price of ¥50,000 (all-in total ¥70,000).

How It Works

  1. 1
    You

    Pick your card

Browse the marketplace, or simply tell us which card you're hunting for. Every card has its own ID (e.g. GD-00123) — the WhatsApp button fills it in automatically, so we always know exactly which card you mean.

Example: You spot a card listed at ¥70,000 (ID: GD-00123) and tap its WhatsApp button.

  2. 2
    Together

    Get your quote on WhatsApp

We confirm availability and condition, share photos and videos, and give you a written quote with two numbers: the source price and your all-in total (source price + 40% service fee). Nothing costs anything until you say go.

    Example: Quote: source price ¥50,000 / all-in total ¥70,000 (= ¥50,000 × 1.4).

  3. 3
    You

    Confirm with the advance payment

Transfer 120% of the source price: the card cost (100%) plus a non-refundable 20% engagement fee that counts toward the 40% service fee — so it's never paid twice. Bank transfer within Japan, Wise from overseas, always in Japanese yen.

    Payment 1 of 2 Source price × 120% — e.g. ¥60,000

    Example: You transfer ¥50,000 × 1.2 = ¥60,000 (card cost ¥50,000 + engagement fee ¥10,000). Paid so far: ¥60,000.

  4. 4
    Getdaze

    We secure your card

Sourcing starts as soon as your payment arrives. You get progress updates on WhatsApp and detailed photos/videos before we buy. If the market price has risen by up to 20%, we secure the card immediately without waiting for confirmation — that's exactly what the 120% advance is for.

Example: Even if the card now costs ¥57,500 (+15%), your ¥60,000 advance covers it — we buy it on the spot before someone else does.

  5. 5
    You

Pay the balance — deal done

The moment we report "card secured", we invoice the balance: actual source price × 140% minus what you already paid. Receipt of the balance concludes the contract. The total is always the actual price × 1.4 — if we bought cheaper, you pay less.

    Payment 2 of 2 Actual price × 140% − paid — e.g. ¥10,000

Example: Bought at ¥50,000 as planned → total ¥70,000 − ¥60,000 already paid = balance ¥10,000. Paid in full: ¥70,000.

Meet in Tokyo, card in hand

We schedule a time and place that suits you and hand the card over in person. Everything is already paid — nothing changes hands on the day except the card. Can't make it yourself? A representative with ID can collect it for you.

Example: You (or your representative) bring photo ID, inspect the card on the spot, and take it home. Done.

A ¥50,000 card — what you pay in every case

The advance is always ¥60,000 (120%). What happens next depends on the market:

① Bought as planned (¥50,000)

Advance paid ¥60,000
Balance ¥10,000
Total paid ¥70,000

The standard case — exactly as quoted.

② Price rose to ¥57,500 (+15%)

Advance paid ¥60,000
Balance (57,500 × 1.4 − 60,000) ¥20,500
Total paid ¥80,500

Within +20% we buy immediately without asking — speed wins the card. Beyond +20%, we always ask you first.

③ Price dropped to ¥45,000

Advance paid ¥60,000
Balance (45,000 × 1.4 − 60,000) ¥3,000
Total paid ¥63,000

Cheaper sourcing = cheaper total. The saving is passed straight to you.

④ You cancel before handoff

Advance paid ¥60,000
Refunded to you ¥50,000
Engagement fee (kept) ¥10,000

Cancel any time before handoff, whatever the reason — only the 20% engagement fee is kept.

Good to Know

Everything is in Japanese yen

Overseas payments are via Wise only — international bank wires (SWIFT), cards, and cash cannot be accepted. USD/EUR prices on this site are indicative conversions.

Orders from ¥50,000

We accept orders from a combined source price of ¥50,000. Multiple cards can be combined — there is no per-card minimum.

Site prices are indicative

Marketplace prices include the 40% fee, but they reflect the market and exchange rate at listing time — the final amount is usually very close, yet may be slightly higher or lower. Your binding price is always the quote agreed on WhatsApp.

In-person handoff only

We don't ship — every card is handed over face to face in Tokyo, giving you the chance to inspect it on the spot.
